Travel style.  It's been quiet over here because I just got back from a business trip to Chicago- miss that city!  Anyway, I always want to look cute but still comfortable when flying.  And warm when the airplane is blasting the cold air. My travel formula= basic tee, big fluffy scarf, jeans with pockets, a long trendy necklace, statement earrings, and slip on shoes.i guess I pulled it off...I was able to book a new jewelry show with the cute lady sitting next to me!

Let's talk about kid-friendly jewelry.  When I joined Premier Designs I was six months pregnant with baby #3.  My two girls were finally old enough that I could wear all of my jewelry again. Now I was going to have a baby and would eventually have to say bye-bye to those big earrings and necklaces. (Sad face!) I began acquiring fun rings, bracelets, post earrings and watches which would  be practical for life with a newborn. 

Now I've become a total ring junkie!  I love my statement rings!  I feel happy every time I look down at my hand.  This is a new one from the Spring collection called Gray Mist. It goes with everything!

Who doesn't love an excuse to dress up?     My DH (dear husband) told me I needed a formal dress for a surprise fancy date he had planned.  The only problem is all of my nice dresses are still in storage (long story!). I didn't really want to buy another formal dress that would get worn once in a blue moon so I opted for a fun black dressbarn dress that can be dressed up or down with jewelry.

I LOVE light earrings.  I'm always worried about ripping a hole right through my ears like my Grandma did from those heavyweight earrings of the 80s.  So I love all the light options Premier Designs has for big but light earrings.  These are called Sea Spray and they are the biggest earrings in our collection.  And you know what they say...big earrings take 10 lbs. off your hips.  Hooray!

I never liked purple as a kid but I have loved it as an adult!  I'm a little embarrassed to say but I bought this shirt because I thought it would look fantastic with the Lilac earrings!  Have you every bought clothes to match your jewelry?
